Janina Weingarth is a PhD student at the Chair of Information Systems, Integrated Information Systems.

After graduating in Business Administration at the ebs University of Economics and Law, she completed a postgraduate degree in International Economics at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW). Janina then worked in IT strategy consulting for more than 7 years. Her experiences are in the area of IT strategy, IT operating model and project management.

Her research focuses on Organizational Agility, IT-enabled Enterprise Agility and Agile Transformation. In addition to her dissertation, Janina works as a coach and team designer www.integral-agil.de
