Curriculum Vitae
Endrju Selimaj is a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne. He is a member of the Cologne Institute for Information Systems (CIIS), where he conducts research on digital innovation and responsible AI under the supervision of Professor Stefan Seidel. He joined the team in April 2026.
Endrju holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from the University of Duisburg-Essen and completed an ERASMUS+ semester at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. His master’s thesis, written in cooperation with RWE Renewables, developed an approach to quality assurance and quality/maturity assessment of ongoing IT projects; his bachelor’s thesis examined technology addiction - its development, prevention, and coping - from an Information Systems perspective.
Before joining CIIS, Endrju gained several years of industry experience within the RWE Group, working in IT/OT solution management, enterprise architecture management, and OT infrastructure management. In addition, he brings long-standing entrepreneurial experience from managing transport logistics businesses.
