Profile

Phil Hennel is a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems and Integrated Information Systems. In 2015 he finished his studies in Information Systems (M. Sc.). During his Bachelor's and Master's studies at the University of Cologne, he focused on organizational psychology and media management.

In his dissertation, Phil focuses on the social aspects of information system development and the effects of agile practices on team interactions.

His work has been published in the Project Management Journal, AIS Transactions on Replication Research, the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), the Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), the Internationalen Tagung Wirtschaftsinformatik (WI), and the International Research Workshop on IT Project Management (IRWITPM).
