On Monday, April 8, 2019 Robert Linden successfully defended his dissertation on "The Impact of Advisors on Clients and Vendors in Information Technology Outsourcing Projects".

As part of his doctorate, Robert researched current challenges facing clients and vendors as well as the influence of external advisors (i.e., consultants) in IT outsourcing projects. In addition to providing insights into the advisor’s service portfolio, the role of the advisor in the project was examined in detail.
