Application Process
Candidates should prepare a short thesis proposal either based on one of the topic areas provided below or a related area (see Topic Areas). Initial proposals should be sent to a supervisor that is associated with the topic area. Contact information can be found on the supervisors' profile pages. Candidates will develop a concrete topic together with their supervisor (this process may take several weeks depending on how many revisions are necessary). Once agreement between the candidate and supervisor has been reached, the thesis can be registered at the WiSo Examination Office and the working time begins.
Flipped Classroom: Scientific Work
Completion of the “Flipped Classroom: Scientific Work” is a requirement before you can start your master thesis. Usually, you should have already completed this as part of a previous course. In the ILIAS course, you can also find relevant organizational information, including templates.
